Right to Cancel (Cooling-off Period)
- Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days after the day you receive your goods, without giving any reason.

Refunds
- If you cancel your order within the cooling-off period, we will refund you the full purchase price of the goods and the standard delivery charge (if paid).
- We will process refunds within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (or evidence of return). Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for purchase, unless agreed otherwise.
Returns
- You must return the goods to us within 14 days of notifying us of your cancellation. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.

Faulty, Damaged, or Misdescribed Goods
- If goods are faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose, you have the right to a repair, replacement, or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
